We've spent the last 25 years manufacturing furniture for hotels across the United States, not reselling it, not sourcing it through brokers, but actually building it. If you're a hotel owner, developer, or procurement manager who needs one company to handle casegoods, vanities, FF&E, countertops and custom pieces from start to finish, that's exactly what we do.
Sara Hospitality is a custom design and full FF&E package supplier for the hotel industry in the USA. We design and manufacture furniture in-house, our own facilities, our own craftspeople, our own quality checks. Our portfolio covers a wide range of design styles, all built to the standards that lodging brands and independent hotel owners actually work with day to day.
From our workshops in Jaipur and Atlanta, we design and manufacture FF&E for hotels nationwide — one team, one standard of quality, start to finish.
Our story starts in 1995, when Sara and BD Agarwal opened Countertops & Cabinets India (C&C) in Jaipur, a stone manufacturing operation built on years of experience in the export market. Seven years later they set up a U.S. sales office serving residential and commercial clients. In 2007, the hospitality industry came calling. Sara Hospitality started supplying hotels with vanity tops and wood vanity bases, and that one step changed the direction of the company. In 2010, full furniture manufacturing came online alongside the stone plant. From there the business kept growing, eventually leading to the manufacturing plant and showroom we now run in the Atlanta area.
We put real project managers and interior designers on every job, and they stay with you from the first drawing all the way through the final installation walk-through. Nobody gets handed off to a call center halfway through a project. Our team is experienced enough to handle complex, multi-room hotel builds without missing a beat. When something unexpected comes up and it always does, we work through it with you, not around you.
We manufacture our own products, which means we don't carry a middleman's markup. That lets us come in under competitor pricing while keeping the quality exactly where it needs to be for the hotel industry. We don't believe you have to choose between a fair price and a product you're actually proud to put in a room. Quality and value go together here, that's been true since day one, and it hasn't changed.
Our team handles the full project scope, design, brand approval, manufacturing, logistics, and on-site installation. We've been doing this for over 25 years across two manufacturing facilities, one in Jaipur, one in Atlanta. Casegoods, vanities, soft seating, flooring, FF&E, custom pieces, all of it comes from us, under one roof, with one team accountable for the outcome.
"As a woman entrepreneur, I built Sara Hospitality on one simple belief: hospitality furniture should never force hotel owners to compromise between quality, design, and cost."
Sara and her husband BD Agarwal started with a stone manufacturing plant in Jaipur in 1995. It wasn't a grand strategy, it was a manufacturing business built with a lot of care and a very high bar for quality. That foundation shaped everything that came after.
When hotels started coming to Sara Hospitality for furniture, Sara saw the same problem repeated over and over, owners were being forced to trade quality for price, or design for timeline. She didn't think that tradeoff was necessary — the company she built over the next three decades is the proof.
Today Sara runs a WBENC Certified Women-Owned Business with manufacturing operations on two continents, a showroom in Suwanee, GA, and a team that has delivered over 700 hotel projects across the United States.
The people running this company have been in hospitality manufacturing for decades. There's very little we haven't seen and very few problems we haven't already solved.
BD is the manufacturing backbone of this operation as his deep knowledge of stone processing and export logistics is what made Sara Hospitality's factory-direct model possible. The supply chain we run today, spanning Jaipur and Atlanta, is built on the systems and relationships he developed over 30 years in the business.
Three decades of work across hotel brands, independent owners, and commercial projects all over the United States.
We're a manufacturer, not a distributor, not a broker and also not a rep firm. That distinction matters when it comes to pricing, lead times, and who's accountable when something needs to be fixed.
We own our factories, so we control what gets built, how it's built, and what it costs. No third-party manufacturer inflating the price or cutting corners on materials. What we say we'll build is what shows up on your job site.
We take projects from design all the way through installation. Brand approval, production, logistics, delivery, setup — it all runs through our team. One contact. One accountability.
Every piece we build is engineered to spec. We work within the design standards of major hotel franchises and can build to virtually any custom requirement. Brand-approved designs aren't a checkbox for us — they're where we start.
Our logistics and installation crews operate across the country. Your furniture doesn't just show up on a truck — it gets installed by a team that's accountable to the same people who built it.
Sara Hospitality is WBENC Certified. If your organization has supplier diversity, DEI, or ESG sourcing requirements, working with us counts toward those goals — without any compromise on quality or pricing.
Our project managers, designers, engineers, and installers work exclusively in the hospitality space. This isn't a side business for us. It's the only business we're in, and that focus makes a real difference on every project.
From a single stone processing plant in Rajasthan to a full FF&E operation serving hotels across the United States — here's how it happened.
Sara and BD Agarwal establish Countertops & Cabinets India (C&C) in Jaipur, drawing on years of export market experience in stone fabrication.
C&C opens a U.S. sales office, building a client base in residential and commercial stone products and planting the company's first roots in the American market.
Sara Hospitality starts supplying hotels with vanity tops and wood vanity bases. What started as a small addition quickly became the company's defining business.
Full hospitality furniture manufacturing launches alongside the stone plant. The product line expands to include casegoods, seating, and custom pieces.
Sara Hospitality opens a manufacturing plant and flagship showroom in the Atlanta metro area — a mini-hotel setup with six room vignettes, bringing design, production, and sales under one U.S. roof.
Sara Hospitality earns WBENC certification — officially recognized as a Women-Owned Business and Supplier Diversity partner by the Women's Business Enterprise National Council.
Sara Hospitality operates dual manufacturing facilities in Atlanta and Jaipur, serving hotels across the United States as a vertically integrated FF&E partner from the first design meeting to the final install.
Over 55,000 rooms furnished, more than 650 clients across hotel brands and independent owners throughout the United States.

We run every step of production ourselves — no outsourcing, no handoffs to vendors we don't control. Here's what the process looks like from start to finish.
Custom drawings built to your brand standards and room specs.
Material selection and structural review for durability and compliance.
In-house production at our Atlanta and Jaipur facilities.
Every piece is inspected before it leaves the factory.
Coordinated delivery to your site on your timeline.
Our own crews handle the final setup on-site.
Our Jaipur facility is where this company began. Countertops & Cabinets India (C&C) has been running in Rajasthan since 1995 — over 30 years of continuous manufacturing. Sara and BD Agarwal built it as a precision stone operation, and that attention to craft became the standard for everything Sara Hospitality does.
The C&C plant focuses on stone fabrication: granite and quartz countertops, cultured marble, vanity tops, and custom stonework. It supplies the U.S. hospitality market and international clients directly from the factory, no intermediary.
These aren't just logos, they matter to the procurement teams and developers we work with — particularly those with supplier diversity requirements built into their sourcing process.
